With the holiday's coming, I want to start working out again. With the show almost over, I will no longer be able to consider the show as a "work out". I am considering going to get a monthly membership at Charter Fitness down the street from me. I have tried working out at home, and I just can't find the motivation, while I have my mom in the other room smoking and talking on the phone.... or walking in to "see" how its going. I have never bought a gym membership before.... any suggestions? Any tips you suggest to keep me motivated if I do? Nobody I know close by has a membership so its not like I can buddy up with them. Please help!!!

If it's a fun work out your looking for; close the curtains, crank up the tv and play some Just Dance for the wii (or other dancing game). I'd not suggest kinect as it requires specific movements and may put you off. Dancing about on the wii for even 30 mins a day helped me loose 3 stone. I don't have time for dedicated exercise, so pretty much doing that everyday worked for me.
